These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oboete app and services (“Oboete”, “Service”), operated by Proksi Yazılım (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Oboete, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Oboete is a personal-memory app: you import contacts, record notes and voice memories about the people you meet, and the app uses AI to organize them into journals, summaries, insights, meeting briefs, and reminders.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Oboete.
You sign in with a third-party provider (Sign in with Apple or Google). You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account; deletion is permanent (see our Privacy Policy).
You own the contacts, notes, and memories you put into Oboete (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending it to the AI and transcription providers described in our Privacy Policy to generate transcripts, summaries, and insights. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train third-party advertising models.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to record the information you store about other people. Record only what you are permitted to.
Oboete uses automated AI to generate summaries, journals, insights, and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided to assist you, not as professional advice, and you should use your own judgment before relying on it.
You agree not to: use Oboete for unlawful purposes; store data about others in violation of applicable privacy laws; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service to harass, surveil, or harm others.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
You may stop using Oboete and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, the license in Section 8 ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Türkiye, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims locally.
